中文摘要: 梯度光滑法(GSM)在计算流体力学和计算结构力学中有着重要的应用,该方法具有效率高、精度高、对网格质量不敏感等优点。近年来,梯度光滑计算流体力学(GSM-CFD)的算法理论研究和应用得到了长足的发展,但在复杂求解域内光滑域构建及数学描述和通量空间离散算法方面仍有很大不足。同时,目前也缺少一个针对GSM-CFD的通用软件工具,限制了该方法的进一步推广和应用。针对上述两个问题,本项目将在GSM梯度近似理论和算法实现方面展开研究,试图解决复杂网格上光滑域的构建和数据结构、光滑域上流场变量和通量的梯度近似算法、数值方法的确认和验证等几个重要问题,并在此基础上开发通用的GSM-CFD程序系统,用于求解工程和学术中的一般流动问题。项目研究成果可为计算流体力学的科学和工程应用提供高效可靠的软件工具,并为我国工程软件开发提供理论基础和技术储备。

英文摘要: Gradient smoothing method (GSM) is widely applied in GSM-based computational fluid dynamics (GSM-CFD) and computational structural mechanics. Numerical examples and applications have proven that GSM is accurate, efficient, robust, and insensitive to mesh qualities. In the past decade, the theory and application of GSM-CFD are greatly improved. However, the research on spatial discretization and mathematical description of the smoothing domains in GSM applications is still insufficient. Moreover, a general software tool for GSM-CFD is still not available, which limits its further development and application. Therefore, the proposed project will focus on the theory and algorithm of gradient approximations using GSM, and try to resolve the issues related to the construction and data structure for smoothing domains on complex grids, gradient approximations of field data and fluxes, and validation and verification (V&V) of the numerical schemes. Based on the theory research, a software package for GSM-CFD will be developed to solve inviscid, laminar and turbulent flow problems for both compressible/incompressible flows. The success of this project will provide an efficient and reliable numerical tool for the CFD applications in both academic and engineering fields.
