中文摘要: 本项目通过详细分析农村居民点空间布局优化的研究现状,归纳总结现有研究存在的缺少对农村居民点微观状态的关注及离开城镇带动影响孤立讨论居民点空间布局优化等不足。针对农村居民点不同的演化方向,分别构建农村居民点城镇化及农村居民点集聚化空间布局优化的多目标体系和约束条件。其中:多目标体系包括农村居民点空间布局适宜性目标、基于空间集聚的优化目标、基于规划成本最小理论的空间优化目标及空间协调目标;约束条件包括农村居民点城镇化数量约束、农村居民点集聚化数量约束及土地利用类型转换约束。提出蚁群算法与农村居民点空间布局优化问题的耦合思想,设计算法的基本流程,并对蚁群算法进行相应的改进与设计。以呼和浩特市所辖3个典型旗县为例,对所构建的体系结构及优化算法的合理性及可行性进行验证与分析。本项研究将丰富和发展农村居民点布局优化仿真模拟的理论和方法,也将支持与辅助乡镇级规划决策。

英文摘要: By analyzing the present researches in relate to the optimization of rural residents' spatial layout in detail, the problems and deficiencies will be summarized, such as being unconcerned with rural settlements in microscopic state or making a discussion with the optimization of the residents spatial layout separately without driving effect of town. According to the different evolutionary direction of rural settlements, the multi-objective system and constraint condition is constructed from two evolution directions that are rural residential urbanization and rural residential centralization. The multi-objective system is consisted of space layout suitability of rural settlements, spatial clustering optimization, spatial optimization based on planning cost minimization theory and coordination. The constraint condition is the conversion constraints for land use type, and number constraints for urbanization and centralization of the rural settlements. The basic idea of the ant algorithm coupled with layout optimization problem for the rural residential space will be proposed, and the basic flow chart of the algorithm will be also designed, and the improvement and design of the ant algorithm will be done according to relative researches.
