中文摘要: 随着室内定位需求的日益增多,对提高定位精度的研究也日趋成为热点。目前关于定位方面的研究,大多应用信号传播模型和指纹模型,以减少训练数据和克服环境动态因素为目标,通过在不同阶段采用不同方法对采集数据进行训练,来达到提高定位精度的目的。但前述研究方法却忽略了一个重要事实,就是一个无线AP布局和基于该布局的指纹数据库不仅为室内定位提供前提,还对定位精度产生重要影响。 基于二者的重要性,本项目将对其进行探索性分析:一、通过对特定环境中已有的AP布局进行多指标和多模式的分析和评估,来实施相似或相同环境下AP布局的多目标构建(无AP布局)或多目标优化(已有AP布局),从而为全面定位提供准备;二、基于优化的布局环境,通过空间抽样、空间分析和智能算法,选出具有代表性的位置进行数据标定,作为指纹数据库的基础,从而为精确定位提供良好的根基。本项目的研究不仅是当前定位算法的一种补充,而且开辟了优化定位的新思路。

英文摘要: With the increasing needs of indoor positioning, studies on the improvement of positioning precision have increasing become a hot area. As far as studies on positioning were concerned, most of them trained data by using different methods at different stages to improve the positioning precise based on the signal propagation model and the fingerprint model, and have the purpose of reducing the training data and overcoming the interference of environmental dynamic factors. However, an important fact was ignored by the previous studies that is an optimized wireless AP layout and accurate fingerprint database would not only provide a basis for indoor positioning, but also have an important impact on the positioning accuracy. This project aims to conduct exploratory analysis based on the importance of two factors above. First of all, the multi-index and multi-mode analysis and assessment on the existing AP layout in particular environment are conducted in order to realize the construction and optimization of AP layout with multi-objectives in the similar or the same environment, preparing for comprehensive positioning. Moreover, based on the optimal AP layout, spatial sampling, spatial analysis and intelligent algorithm are adopted to elect representative locations for data calibration.
