中文摘要: 生命科学的飞速发展离不开新技术新方法的应用。上转换发光纳米材料由于能将近红外光转换成可见光而倍受青睐,在生物应用上成为研究热点。上转换发光材料研究大多局限于NaMF4 (M = Y3+, Gd3+) 基质材料,另一类重要的上转换碱氟化物KMF4 (M = Y3+, Gd3+)材料却很少研究。YF3-KF、GdF3-KF体系材料有多种化合物形式。本课题将从材料学、医学和细胞生物学出发,拟用一锅水热法或溶剂热法在相同(或相似)合成条件下合成系列Yb3+/Tm3+、Yb3+/Er3+共掺YF3-KF、GdF3-KF体系上转换发光纳米材料;对比研究两体系材料的最终产物、形貌、发光性质、水溶性等;在生物应用上,拟开展上转换发光纳米材料体外细胞成像及小鼠活体成像研究,解决上转换纳米载体对体内组织的特异性识别以及灵敏显像等问题,构建出对在体乳腺癌组织具有特异性诊断能力的检测系统。

英文摘要: The rapid development of life science depends greatly on the applications of new technology and new method. Up-conversion luminescent nanomaterials have attracted great attentions for they can convert infrared light into visible light and have become a hotspot in biological applications. The research of up-conversion luminescent materials mainly focuses on the NaMF4 (M = Y3+, Gd3+) host materials, however, another kind of important alkaline fluoride KMF4 (M = Y3+, Gd3+) has received little attention. The YF3-KF, GdF3-KF system materials have a variety of compounds. Based on the material, the medicine, and the cell biology sciences, the project has the plan to synthesize series of up-conversion luminescent Yb3+/Tm3+, Yb3+/Er3+ doped YF3-KF, GdF3-KF system nanomaterials under the same or similar synthetic conditions by using a pot of hydrothermal method or a solvothermal method, and compare the final products, the morphology, the optical properties, the water-solubility, and so on. On the biological applications of up-conversion luminescent nanomaterials, the project has the plan to carry out the research of cell imaging in vitro and mouse imaging in vivo, solve the special detection of tissue and the sensitive imaging in vivo of the up-conversion luminescent nanomaterials and some other scientific problems, and b
