中文摘要: 冠心病被称作“人类健康的第一杀手”。超声技术为冠心病的治疗、研究提供了多种方法。但M型超声、组织多普勒和二维斑点追踪技术(2D-STI)均存在不足之处。三维斑点追踪技术(3D-STI)能在一个心动周期内评价心肌的各个方向的运动及其在时间上的变化,能够准确标测心肌组织运动。本研究利用3D-STI对猪慢性心肌缺血、慢性心肌梗死和急性心肌梗死后再通模型的心肌运动进行检测,并行多巴酚丁胺超声负荷实验、放射性核素心肌灌注显像,评价缺血心肌的运动并检测心梗后存活心肌。旨在探讨:①3D-STI评价不同程度冠状动脉狭窄病变的价值及其与放射性核素心肌灌注的相关性。②探讨多巴酚丁胺超声负荷实验后是否提高3D-STI 对缺血心肌节段的检出率。③明确3D-STI指标评价急性心梗血管再通后存活心肌的价值。④明确3D-STI指标评价心梗存活心肌与2,3,5一氯化三苯基四氮哇(TTC)染色检测心梗后存活心肌的相关性

英文摘要: Coronary heart disease has been called “the first killer of human health". Ultrasound technology has provided a variety of methods for the treatment of coronary heart disease.M-mode, tissue Doppler and two-dimensional speckle tracking technologies (2D-STI), also have deficiencies. Three-dimensional speckle tracking (3D-STI) can evaluate myocardial movement and changes in all directions within a cardiac cycle, also can accurate map myocardial tissue motion. In this study, we use 3D-STI to detect the myocardial motion of swine models, in chronic myocardial ischemia model, chronic myocardial infarction model and acute myocardial infarction and recanalization model. And check dobutamine stress testing and radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging, to evaluate the myocardial movement and detecte survival myocardium after myocardial infarction. Aims to explore: ① The value of 3D-STI evaluating the varying degrees of coronary stenosis, and to evaluate correlation with radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging. ②After dobutamine stress echocardiography test, can 3D-STI increase the detection rate of on ischemic myocardial segments? ③ If 3D-STI indicators have the evaluate of evaluating viable myocardium after recanalization of acute myocardial infarction. ④ Make sure if 3D-STI indicators have correlation with 2,3,5 a tr
