中文摘要: 磷素营养诊断是合理使用磷肥的关键,准确、迅速、无损的磷素营养诊断技术一直备受关注。水稻缺磷时,叶片的无机磷含量明显下降,但有机磷含量变化较小,光合速率下降,碳水化合物合成受阻;热红外发射光谱能够探测磷酸根等原子基团基频振动及其微小变化。本项目通过水培试验,在主要生育期采集不同磷水平下水稻叶片的热红外发射光谱数据,并同步获取叶片方向半球反射光谱、衰减全反射光谱、叶片总磷含量、无机态磷等数据。将无机磷等化学成分的衰减全反射光谱和叶片方向半球反射光谱及热红外发射光谱进行比较和分析,寻找叶片化学成分和热红外发射光谱特征的对应关系,探求水稻磷胁迫的光谱响应机理;根据机理,利用光谱特征分析方法提取光谱特征参数、敏感波段及其组合,由此构建水稻磷素诊断指标;以光谱响应特征为基础,建立水稻磷素营养诊断模型。本项目的研究成果可以为农作物的精确施肥提供新思路,为植被生物化学参数的热红外遥感反演提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Phosphorus diagnosis of crop is the key to rational use of phosphate fertilizer, and accurate, rapid, non-destructive diagnosis of phosphorus technology has always been concerned. Inorganic phosphorus contents are decreased significantly as phosphorus deficiency of rice leaves, but the organic content changes smaller. Thermal infrared emission spectroscopy can detect the vibration frequency and its tiny changes of phosphate and other atomic groups. In this study, hydroponic and field trials will be adopted to collect thermal infrared emission spectral data of main rice growth periods with different levels of phosphorus, and the direction hemispheric reflectance spectroscopy, attenuated total reflection spectra, total phosphorus and inorganic phosphorus of leaves data would be gathered as well. The three curves of attenuated total reflectance spectra, direction hemispheric reflectance spectroscopy and thermal infrared emission spectra will be compared and analyzed to find the corresponding relationship of the physiological and biochemical parameters with the characteristics of thermal infrared emission spectra, so as to explore the spectral response mechanism of rice phosporus.
