中文摘要: 随着电动汽车的广泛使用,大量废旧锂离子电池的产生不仅严重污染了环境,而且造成能源和资源的巨大浪费。为此,本项目提出了基于激光辐照清洗法的车用锂离子电池再制造的新方法,旨在提高资源利用率,减少环境污染。本项目以废旧锂离子电池电极为主要研究对象,利用激光辐照清洗技术,深入研究废旧锂离子电池的电极表面SEI膜在脉冲激光辐照过程中的热、力、光及化学耦合场作用下的键离行为及机理,阐明基于激光辐照法的车用锂离子电池再制造的机理,并优化车用锂离子电池的激光辐照再制造工艺。本项目研究成果为实现废旧车用锂离子电池的高值高效循环使用提供理论与方法基础,对环保、资源的循环利用、以及降低锂离子电池的成本和提高其使用寿命,都具有重大意义。

英文摘要: With the increasing use of the EV (Electric Vehicle), a great quantity of lithium-ion batteries not only severely contaminate the environment, but lead to great waste of natural resources and energy. Therefore, an innovative method of remanufacturing the EV lithium-ion battery based on laser irradiation method is proposed in this project, aiming to eliminate environment pollution and improve the resource utilization. With the study on waste EV lithium-ion battery, a thorough research on the removal mechanisms and the behaviour of solid electrolyte interface (SEI) layer on the electrode surfaces in the thermally, mechanically, optically and chemicaly coupled field during the laser irradiation. The remanufacturing mechanism of used EV lithium-ion battery will be illustrated and the laser irradiation remanufacturing process will be optimized based on laser irradiation method. The study results provide supports on theories and methods of EV lithium-ion battery recycling with high value and high efficiency, which also has great significance in environmental conservtion, resource cyclic utilization, cost reduction and life extension of EV lithium-ion battery.
