中文摘要: 低频超低频振动测量技术在大型建筑、航空航天、地球活动等领域的监测中起着举足轻重的作用,电学振动传感器在抗恶劣环境如高温、强电磁干扰等方面受到了一定限制,部分光学类振动传感器在传感装置体积、抗参数交叉敏感、探测最低频率和灵敏度方面还需改进和完善。结合课题组在光纤微加工和光纤低频超低频振动研究方面多年的研究基础,为进一步降低振动传感器的可探测频率、提高振动响应灵敏度和抗干扰能力,申请人提出一种高灵敏度的基于光动力学的微型化全光纤谐振频率扫描式振动传感技术。核心思想是利用光辐射压力和光制热应力来调节微振动传感器的谐振频率,从而实现基于微振动结构的低频和超低频振动测量的高灵敏度读出。该技术的突出优点是将全光纤振动传感器集成在光纤上来实现全光纤振动传感器的微型化;通过谐振频率扫描式的读出机制来实现弱振动的高灵敏度检测和提高抗干扰能力。因此该项目具有很好的学术研究意义和重要的潜在应用价值。

英文摘要: Low-frequency & ultra-low frequency vibration measurment technology has been playing important roles in the monitoring of high buildings, aerospace,earth activites etc. The traditional electrical vibration sensors have certain restrictions in the resistance to harsh envirnment, such as high temperature and strong electromagnetic inteference. Some optical vibration sensors need to be improved in the device bulk, anti-parameter cross sensitivity, lowest frequency detection and the sensitivity. Our research group has enriched experiences in fiber micro-machining and fiber-based low frequency & ultra-low frequency vibration. In order to lower the detected frequency and improve the senstivity & immunity, the applicant proposes the high-sensitivity photodynamics-based miniaturized all-fiber resonant frequency scanning vibration sensing technology. The core idea is to adjust the resonant frequency of the micro sensor by using optical radiation pressure and optical thermal stress, through which the high-sensitivity readout can be realized in the low-frequqncy & ultra-low vibration measurement based on micro-vibration structure. The outstanding advantages of our proposal include: all-fiber vibration sensor is integrated in the fiber, which can realize the miniaturiation of such sensor; the readout mechanism is based on resonant frequency scanning, which can realize the high-precision detection of weak vibration and immunity. This research project has important academic significance and important potential application.
