中文摘要: 知识共享的重要性已经得到普遍认同,但由于研究视角和关注内容不同,现有知识管理理论仍有一些薄弱环节无法完全解释管理实践现象。本课题将知识共享的两个维度(知识贡献和知识搜集)整合起来,以更加完整的概念,研究中国情境下尤其是在"面子意识"、"关系导向"等典型中国文化特征影响下的团队成员个体共享行为。进而以此为基础,打开团队知识共享"黑箱",分析团队成员间的共享行为交互模式,深入研究团队知识共享行为结构特征及对知识共享有效性的影响,剖析团队知识共享与产出之间的内在机制,并进一步发展知识共享有效性的评估测量方法。本研究在理论上深化了知识共享的内涵,丰富了研究视角,完善了知识管理理论,同时也为知识管理实践提供了有力的理论支持。

英文摘要: The importance of knowledge sharing has been commonly accepted, however, since the different perspectives and concerns of studies, those existing knowledge management theories still have some weak link so that we cannot solve the management practice completely. With a more completed concept, this study combined the two aspects of knowledge sharing (knowledge donating and knowledge collecting) to study the team members' knowledge sharing behaviors in the specific Chinese context ("face consciousness" and "guanxi orientation"). Furthermore, we open the "black box" of team knowledge sharing and analyze the interactive mode of the team members' knowledge sharing behaviors. At the same time we lucubrate the structural characteristics of the intra-group knowledge sharing behaviors and the influences of the effectiveness of knowledge sharing, so that we can anatomy the inner mechanism between the intra-group knowledge sharing and its output and develop the measurement methods of knowledge sharing's effectiveness. All in all, this study would deepen the meaning of knowledge sharing theoretically, enrich the study perspectives and improve knowledge management theories as well as provide a powerful theory support for knowledge management practice.
