中文摘要: 棚膜是一种重要的农用高分子材料,赋予其抵御中波紫外线和防雾的功能对农业生产意义重大。本项目致力于制备吸收中波紫外线的聚合物-无机纳米微粒复合物,并以此为成膜单元,在塑料棚膜双表面层状组装表面超亲水的多层薄膜,获得能够同时拥有抵御中波紫外线和防雾功能的复合棚膜。制备过程中:通过用微凝胶修饰疏水的棚膜表面,实现复合物多层薄膜在棚膜表面的构筑;利用聚合物链在膜中流动的原理加速形成膜层间配位键,提高多层薄膜的稳定性,设计实验验证层间配位键的存在。定义区域平均透过率Tf,作为评价薄膜透光能力的标准。研究复合棚膜的弹性模量、抗雨水冲击、抗酸、防雾的能力。本项目从一个全新的角度将层状组装技术用于农用材料的表面改性及功能化,所设计的功能复合棚膜有望成为一种新型的农用高分子膜材料,将对农业的发展起到推进作用。

英文摘要: Shed plastic film is a kind of important agricultural macromolecule material.It is important for agricultural production to endue shed plastic film with the ability of resistance UV-B and anti-fog.The aim of this item include the following: Synthesize polymer- inorganic nanoparticle compound with great ability in resistance of UV-B and high transmissivity of visible light. Deposit polymer microgels on hydrophobic surface of shed plastic film by layer-by-layer(LbL) assembly technique for hydrophiling of shed plastic film. Fabricate polymer- inorganic nanoparticle compound multilayer film on double surface on hydrophilic shed plastic film through interbedded coordination bond by LbL assembly technique. Devise experimentation to validate presence of coordination bond. ?f is defined as district average transmissivity for evaluation of light transmission ability of material.Detailedly study elastic modulus,antacid, weatherproof, anti-fogging capacity of polymer-inorganic nanoparticle compound multilayer film. The item apply the LbL assembly technique to surface modification and functionalization of agricultural material from a new perspective.
