中文摘要： 世界卫生组织调研认为生活方式（60%）和环境因素（17%）是影响健康的主要因素，进城农村老年人面临着生活方式、居住环境和社会地位的巨大变化，因不能适应而产生的健康问题是社会关注的热点和学术研究的盲区。本课题通过比较进城农村老年人、城市老年人和农村老年人的健康状况，分析其健康水平变化及相关影响因素，为老年群体健康研究提供研究基础。 进城农村老年人从熟悉的农村来到完全陌生的城市，居住环境的急剧变化导致社会资本随着地域的转移大部分或完全消失，为社会资本影响健康的机制与路径研究提供极好的的实证案例。本研究运用扎根理论定性研究方法和结构方程模型等定量研究方法，研究社会资本与心理健康的关系，构建健康相关社会资本的理论模型，并通过小规模的实证研究，开发改善进城农村老年人健康的社会资本干预方法和策略，为城市化卫生政策提供依据。

英文摘要： World Health Organization survey that lifestyle (60%) and environmental factors (17%) are the main factors affecting the health of people.When the rural elderly coming into the city face the great changes in life style,living conditions and social status, the health problems resulting from which they couldn't cope with the changes are the focus of society attention and the blind spot of academic research. By comparing the health of the city elderly, the rural elderly and the migrant older, this subject would analyze the changes of the status of health and its influencing factors in order to provide research information of health research for the elderly groups. When the rural elderly came from familiar rural areas to a completely strange city, the residential environment of dramatic changes led to the disappearing partly or completely of social capital with the regional transfering, which provides an excellent empirical case of the research of mechanism and path for the effect of social capital influencing health. By using different research methods including the qualitative method of grounded theory and the quantitative method of structural equation modeling,this research study the relationship between social capital and health, build a theoretical model of health related social capital.At the same tim
