中文摘要: 随着科学技术与制造业的发展,特别是微加工和微电子MEMS 技术的发展,对微小尺寸的测量要求越来越迫切。本项目研究基于远心成像和广义S 变换轮廓术的微小尺寸动态三维视觉测量技术。不同于传统视觉测量的透视投影(针孔摄像机模型),本项目提出采用远心成像技术解决微小物体三维测量中投影结构光和显微成像景深受限的问题,并研究由此引出的远心成像测量系统的数学建模、标定技术及其立体重构技术;研究基于S 变换的条纹解相方法,建立广义S变换对条纹信号处理的理论模型,分析窗口参数对解相精度、噪声抑制等的影响,在此基础上提出改进的自适应窗口参数选择算法,利用"脊"分析技术实现单帧条纹图案的高精度解相;基于上述研究结果,实现对复杂微小尺寸物体的高精度三维视觉快速测量。本项目提出新的三维视觉测量思路,其研究成果将丰富和补充视觉测量理论,推动相位分析技术的发展,为发展新型视觉测量系统装备提供基础。

英文摘要: With the development of science and manufacturing technology,especially microfabricaton and MEMS technology, three dimensional measurement of micro size is becoming a growing urgency. In this project, we will study the key technologies of the micro three dimensional dynamic vision measurement based on telecentric imaging and generalized S-transform profilometry. Different from traditional vision measurement based on perspective projection (pinhole camera model), we propose a telecentric imaging method to solve the limit of depth of field, which is a serious problem encountered when projecting structured light and microscopy imaging for small objects. The model of telecentric imaging measurement system and its calibration will be studied, then the stereo reconstruction techniques and stereo geometry based on these will be developed. S-transform will be employed for phase calculation from a one-shot fringe pattern. An mathematic model for fringe analysis using generalized S-transform will be established, which reveals the effects of window factors on the phase estimation error and noise suppression. Based on the ridge theory of S-transform profilometry, an improved adaptive generalized S-transform will be proposed to achieve high accuracy phase retrieval of the one-shot fringe pattern.
