英文摘要: It is reported that a small but perfectly formed microbial community was acclimated by crude oil as the sole source of carbon and energy. Furthermore, systematic study on the dynamic changes of the composition of microbial community, the components of crude oil, degradation metabolites of crude oil, as well as the functional genes were performed. Our study was focus on the clarification the micro-regulation mechanism and the key regulatory factors, such as short board microorganisms, short board chemicals, etc., on the construction of microbial community by enrichment culture. Interaction model of each variable in the process of crude oil degradation was proposed and then verified, which will contribute to the technology application of microbial enhanced oil recovery by directional regulation of microbial community.
