中文摘要: 基准源是所有电子系统中一个不可或缺的模块,其特性直接关系到系统的整体性能。因此高性能基准源在众多应用中扮演着重要的角色,其应用范围覆盖了纯模拟电路,混合信号电路和纯数字电路。对温度和电源扰动的不敏感,以及极低的静态电流和工作电压是未来高性能基准电路的设计目标。 本项目将针对高性能的基准源架构及其设计方法展开研究。通过对现有的一些基准源架构进行深入的理论研究,详尽分析其优点和存在的不足之处,从而在新的基准源设计中保持原有优势,改进相应缺点。本项目还将对高性能(低温度系数、高电源抑制比、低功耗以及低供电电压)基准源的设计方法进行理论分析,在重要的设计指标与电路结构之间建立准确的对应关系,提出设计模型。从而便于根据实际需要科学地指导基准源电路的设计,并根据理论分析进行优化,以提高设计效率。此外,本项目除开展理论研究外,还将设计出多款高性能的基准源架构及电路,以适应不同的应用环境需求。

英文摘要: Reference is an essential module in all kinds of electronic systems, whose characteristics are directly related to the whole performance of the systems. Therefore, high-performance references play an critical role in many applications, including pure analog circuits,mixed-signal circuits and pure digital circuits. Extremely low static current and power supply voltage with low sensitivity to temperature and supply voltage variations are the development tendency of high-performance references in the future. This project will focus on the researches of architectures and design methodologies of high-performance references. Based on the theoretical study of some presented references, the merits and demerits of corresponding references are analyzed in depth. In this way, improvements with maintained original-advantages in new designs of references can be purposefully made. In order to provide accurate relationships between key design parameters and circuit structures, theoretical researches on the design methodologies of high-performance references will also be proposed in this project.Therefore, corresponding desgin models are proposed. Lower temperature coefficient, higher power supply reject ratio, lower power dissipation and lower supply voltage are the main research orientations of high-performance references. Th
