中文摘要: 不确定度是是衡量测量结果可信度的指标,在商用矢量网络分析仪中加入不确定度评定功能将成为日后发展的趋势之一。随着多端口器件和差分器件在微波毫米波工程中的广泛应用,多端口矢量网络分析仪的使用越来越普遍,然而至今尚未有完整的多端口矢网测量不确定度的评估方法,这使得多端口矢网测量不确定度评估算法的研究变得更为必要。本课题将致力于研究并建立自主的完整不确定度误差模型,在此基础上探索具有自主创新性的多端口矢网测量不确定度评估方法。利用合适的标准件参数特征化简误差信号流图,提供完整的系统误差项和随机误差项参数的实验获取方法。其次,创造性地将原来十分复杂的多端口矢量网络分析仪误差模型表示成形式上非常简洁的广义二端口32项误差模型,将节点和支路传输值分别表示成向量和矩阵。经过大量的矩阵方程推导,得到S参数及群时延测量不确定度计算公式,它将完全以严格的解析表达式给出,而且适用于任意端口数目的矢量网络分析仪。

英文摘要: Measurement uncertainty is the credibility index of measurement results, adding the uncertainty evaluation function will become one of the trends for future development in commercial vector network analyzer.With the frequent application of multiport components and differential components in microwave engineering, multi-port vector network analyzer become increasingly widely used. However,there has not been a practical methods of measurement uncertainty evaluation for multiport VNA, which makes the research on the methods of measurement uncertainty evaluation for multiport VNA even more essential.A new error model for multi-port VNA measurement is established in this research, on this basis, an innovative solution of uncertainty evaluation will be proposed and studied for multi-port VNA measurement.The residual error assessment methods for the vector network analyzer are improved by using measurements from SOLT calibrations.The classical 32-term error model is extended to describe ,multi-port VNA, all the coefficients in signal paths are replaced by the complex square matrices and the nodes correspondingly become complex vectors. As the scattering matrix can be solved from the forward and reverse general 32-term error model, the uncertainty of S-parameters and group delay measurement can be given in a rigorous analytical expression, which can be applied in arbitrary VAN with different number of ports.
