中文摘要: 本实验通过建立中性粒细胞性哮喘大鼠模型与嗜酸细胞性哮喘大鼠模型,明确CD4+各细胞亚群(Th17、Th1、Th2)介导的气道炎性反应相关的JAK/STATs信号转导通路的作用机制,研究参与调控的相关基因ROR-γt/T-bet/GATA3及相关炎性因子的表达情况;重点阐述Th17细胞参与调控的中性粒细胞性气道炎症的分子生物学基础,以此探讨支气管哮喘的致病机理;同时观察悬灸法治疗哮喘的疗效,探讨悬灸法减轻哮喘炎性反应、控制哮喘发作的作用靶点,为悬灸法治疗支气管哮喘的理论和临床实践提供科学依据,促进悬灸法在支气管哮喘临床治疗中的应用。

英文摘要: Through establish neutrophil and acidophil types of asthma rats model ,confirm the mechanism of JAK/STATs signal transduction pathways related to airway inflammatory response and mediated by subgroup cells(Th17, Th1, Th2) of CD4 +, then research the expression of related gene ROR -γt/T - bet/GATA3 and inflammatory cytokines. Lay emphasis on elaborating the molecular biological basis of neutrophil inflammation regulated by Th17 cells, then explore the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma. At the same time,observe the curative effect of suspended moxibustion relieving asthma, investigate attack targets that suspended moxibustion relieving inflammatory reaction , provide scientific basis for suspended moxibustion treating bronchial asthma in theory and clinical practice,and promote the application that suspended moxibustion treating bronchial asthma in clinical practice.
