中文摘要: 在D-S证据理论的框架下,以问题分析、方法改进、新方法提出及应用研究为研究轨迹,对不完全信息综合评价问题进行研究,建立基于证据理论的不完全信息综合评价问题研究体系。首先,运用D-S证据理论、比较研究方法、模糊数学方法,对已有基于证据理论的不完全信息综合评价模型的合理性、算法的运算效率、方法的适用范围进行改进研究;其次,将D-S证据理论与OWA算子理论的信息融合思想结合,提出一套新的不完全信息综合评价的有序加权集结模型;然后,将面向多属性信息集结的已有研究内容,拓展到属性赋权问题、群组评价问题,通过有序集结模型中集结算子诱导分量的定义和位置权重的确定,提出具有决策意图导向的不完全信息属性赋权方法,以及基于多数人规则的群组评价方法等;最后,在应用研究内容中,对方法实施的效果进行动态检测,开发面向计算机应用的算法程序,同时,在供应商选择、投资项目选择、环境评估等方面获得实际应用。

英文摘要: Based on the Dempster-Shafer theory,this project researches on comprehensive evaluation problems with incomplete information, according to the procedure of status analysis and presentation of questions, improvement of existing research, presentation of new method and application research. Then the research system will be established about the study of comprehensive evaluation problems with incomplete information based on Dempster-Shafer theory. Firstly, the improvements of existing research are done on the aspects of appropriateness of modeling, the computation efficiency of the algorithm, and the scope of application, using Dempster-Shafer theory, comparative study method, and fuzzy mathematics method. Then, using Dempster-Shafer theory combined with the thought of OWA (ordered weighted averaging) operator on information aggregation, the new model is proposed to solving the comprehensive evaluation problems with incomplete information. That is the ordered weighted information aggregation model. And then, the research topics is expanded beyond the range of the existing research on the multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation problems with incomplete information.
