中文摘要: 本项目旨在解决基于动态规划算法的多目标检测前跟踪问题,通过研究高维空间动态分解降维方法、基于动态规划的多帧数据信号积累算法、积累值函数域统计模型、值函数域目标检测估计算法、邻近目标干扰抑制方法等基本问题,建立和完善动态规划多目标检测前跟踪理论体系;突破关键技术,提出一套基于动态规划的多目标检测前跟踪信号处理算法,设计仿真实验和并利用雷达实测数据,对本项目研究所获得的理论和技术成果进行验证。该项目研究可以为检测前跟踪技术推广应用到实际雷达系统中奠定理论和技术基础,具有重要的科学意义;其理论成果和技术还可应用于声纳探测、红外/光学目标检测等领域。

英文摘要: This project mainly deals with the multiple targets detection and tracking via dynamic programming (DP) algorithm based track-before-detect (TBD) method. The multi-target detection and tracking theory for DP-TBD can be established and improved by studing the following fundamental problems: the dynamic factorization of the high-dimensional multi-target state space, the DP algrithm based multi-frame integration method, the statistical model of the DP integration merit function, the target detection and estimation method. We will solve the key technologies, and propose a DP-TBD algortirhm for the detection and tracking of multiple targets. Besides, simulation experiments and also real radar data will be used to validate the presented the theory results and technological achievements. The research of this project is of great significance, since it can provide the theoretical and technical basis for the applications of TBD techniques in real radar systems. Moreover, the theoretical results can also be utilized in other research fileds such as sonar target detection and infared/optical target detection.
