中文摘要: 红外目标检测与跟踪技术具有隐蔽性好、抗干扰能力强的优点,广泛应用于红外告警和精确制导等领域。随着红外探测距离的不断增加和目标机动性能的不断提高,现有红外目标检测与跟踪方法难以兼顾算法复杂性和系统实时性,如何对红外弱小高机动目标实施稳定的实时检测与跟踪成为该领域亟需解决的关键问题。本项目主要研究复杂空天背景下红外弱小高机动目标实时检测与跟踪方法,包括:(1)提出一种基于希尔伯特黄变换的红外弱小目标图像背景滤波与抑制方法,提高图像的信噪比;(2)设计一种基于空时域联合滤波的红外序列图像弱小目标检测算法,提高实时检测的精度;(3)提出一种自适应多速率交互式多模型快速跟踪算法,提高跟踪的实时性;(4)开发一套算法仿真开放平台。本项目的研究成果可以显著地降低检测与跟踪算法的运算量,在确保精度的基础上提高检测与跟踪的实时性,为红外弱小高机动目标实时检测与跟踪系统的设计与开发提供系统的基础理论与方法。

英文摘要: Infrared target detection and tracking technology has the advantage of self-hiding and strong capacity of resisting disturbance, widely applied in infrared warning and precision-guided weapon systems. With the increase of infrared target detection distance and target maneuvering,current infrared target detection and tracking methods can't keep harmonious balance between complexity of algorithms and real-time of systems, so it is a huge challenge how to realize stable and real-time detetion and tracking to infrared weak small high maneuvering target. In this project, based on deeply analyzing the research current situation and the latest progress of infrared weak small target detection and tracking technologies, present a techinical proposal for infrared weak small high maneuvering target real-time detection and tracking in complex sky background. The main research contents are as follows: (1) present a Hilbert-Huang Transform based infrared weak and small target image background filtering and suppression method in complex sky background to improve the signal-to-noise ration (SNR) of the infrared image; (2) design a fast detection algorithm for weak and small target based on spatio-temporal filer to quikly and accurately detect weak and samll target; (3) according to strong non-linear motion equation of high man
