中文摘要: 现代飞行器精细化的发展趋势亟需风洞试验具备精确、实时测量模型空间姿态的能力。本课题旨在应用光学立体测量技术,研究高速风洞中模型姿态的测量方法。设计基于变分水平集的方法提取标标识点轮廓,采用非线性方法标定定位系统,并同时考虑系统的零点漂移现象。然后计算定位系统光线通过风洞观察窗的折射偏移,标定出系统校正后的实际成像模型。利用本技术可以有效避免风洞试验过程中气流对定位系统基准的冲击,同时可将光学立体测量技术的应用范围拓展到小型高速风洞试验。

英文摘要: Accurately measuring model attitude in real-time becomes more and more important as the rapid development of modern aerocraft. The task aims at studying the method to measure model attitude in high-speed wind tunnel with stereo photogrammetry. The contour of marker will be segmented with fast variational level set method, the position system is calibrated with non-linear scheme, and zero-drift of the system is also taken into consideration. Then the corrected imaging mode is presented by superimposing the refractive offset to the pre-calibration model. The presented technique can avoid airflow's impact to the base of positioning system, and expand the applied scope of stereo photogrammetry to small high-speed wind tunnel.
