英文摘要: The application relates to the field of a nano-scale liver targeting drug delivery system via receptor mediated. This system is composed by glycyrrhetinic acid-modified biodegradable and biocompatible polymers and loaded with anticancer drugs. The polymer matrix may include natural polysaccharides such as chitosan or its derivatives and synthetic polymers such as poly(amino acid). The nanoparticles with fairly narrow size distribution could be prepared based on the method of ion-crosslink, solvent dialysis or solvent evaporation. and some characters will be further investigated in detail with regard to the physicochemical properties, the in vitro cytotoxicity, the in vivo distribution in rats and the liver targeting ability. The main purpose of the application is to offer a novel liver targeting drug delivery system processing the properties of stable, secure and sustained-release for drugs, and provide theoretical guidance and practical basis for clinical application. We may hold promise for the effective achievement of liver targeting and the decrease of undesirable or life threatening side effects commonly exist in clinical anticancer therapy.
