中文摘要: 准确确定浆液扩散距离和孔排距是灌浆理论研究中的最重要课题,目前水泥浆液在岩体裂隙中扩散距离大多采用理论推导结合数值模拟方法进行研究,忽略了灌浆过程中水泥浆液物态演变、裂隙沿程变化以及裂隙在灌浆压力作用下产生的变化等对浆液扩散距离的影响,其成果存在较大局限性。本项目拟根据水泥浆液在单条裂隙中的扩散运动方程,采用室内浆材性能试验、室内模拟扩散试验、理论分析等方法,对水泥浆液在裂隙扩散过程中的物态演变规律和扩散边界变化规律进行详细研究。然后采用Monte-Carlo数值模拟法,对钻孔灌浆段附近的裂隙网络系统进行模拟,计算分析浆液在岩体裂隙网络中的扩散过程和扩散距离,并研究孔排距计算的方法和模型,对水泥浆液物态演变与裂隙边界变化对灌浆孔排距的组合影响进行研究,提出优化孔排距的方法和措施。本项目研究成果是灌浆效果定量评价研究的基础,可使灌浆设计和施工更加规范、精细,具有显著的学术意义和经济效益。

英文摘要: The most important task of grouting theory is accurately determinating the diffusion radius of cement grout and the hole spacing. At present, the diffusion distance of cement grout in fractured rock mass is determined mostly by theoretical derivation and numerical simulation methods, ignoring the influence of cement grout state evolution, variation along the fracture and variation under the grouting pressure in process of grouting, its achievement has limitation. According to movement equation of cement grout in a single fracture, this project is planned to detailly research the law of evolution of grout state and change of fracture boundary in the process of grouting by grout performance test, simulation diffusion experiment in laboratory ,theoretical analysis and other methods. And then simulating the fracture network near drill-hole by using the Monte-Carlo numerical simulation methods, analysing the diffusion process and the diffusion distance of cement grout in the simulated fracture network is researched. The method and model for comupting the hole spacing is researched and the influence of cement grout state evolution and change of fracture boundary is studied and then the method and measure is proposed to optimize the hole spacing.
