中文摘要: 金属局部腐蚀机理研究始终是腐蚀电化学研究中的热点与前沿领域。电极表面与电极/溶液界面的动态变化与腐蚀电化学过程密切相关,这种动态变化信息的获得在金属腐蚀尤其是金属局部腐蚀电化学研究中既是重点也是难点。本项目拟在电化学测试基础上,首次把扫描电化学显微镜技术与数字全息术同步结合,实现两种实验技术的优势互补,现场、同步观测金属局部腐蚀过程中电极表面状态和电极/溶液界面的动态变化,研究溶液组成、外加磁场、表面自组装膜等多种因素对金属局部腐蚀过程的影响,配合使用XPS、AFM和SEM等表面物理方法,为揭示金属发生局部腐蚀的本质提供有说服力的实验依据,并有可能为研究自组装膜的性能、提高缓蚀效率,提供一种新的思路和新的研究方法。

英文摘要: Localized corrosion has always been a research interest in corrosion electrochemistry. The dynamic changes on the electrode surface and at the electrode/electrolyte interface are closely related to electrochemical processes in corrosion. The observation of these changes is crucial, yet challenging in the study of localized corrosion as well as general corrosion of metals. The present work is the first attempt to combine the scanning electrochemical microscopy with the digital holography apart from applying the traditional electrochemical measurements to observe, both synchronously and in-situ, the dynamic changes on the electrode surface and at the electrode/electrolyte interface during localized corrosion. The combination of the different techniques can give full play to the merits of each. Issues such as the effect of electrolyte composition, externally imposed magnetic fields, self-assembled films on the localized corrosion processes of metallic materials will be probed into. At the same time, XPS, AFM and SEM will also be applied so as to provide solid data for the understanding of the mechanisms of localized corrosion, and to explore the possibility of a fresh perspective and new methods for the study of the functions of self-assembled films on the metal surface in enhancing inhibition efficiency.
