中文摘要: 石墨烯是一类性能优良的新型的功能化的碳纳米材料,二维的片层结构,使得其具有一些独特的性能,在能源、材料、电子、生物医药等方面有着潜在的应用价值。本项目首先致力于开发一种绿色剥离天然石墨制备石墨烯的方法,即在缩合单宁的水溶液中剥离天然石墨制备出低缺陷的缩合单宁功能化的石墨烯,力求解决氧化还原方法中石墨烯片层受损严重的缺点以及液相剥离石墨烯表面惰性容易团聚的缺点。在此基础上,将制备的液相剥离石墨烯应用在聚合物高性能复合材料。在复合过程中,利用石墨烯表面的酚羟基,通过聚合物对石墨烯表面的在位修饰作用,增加聚合物和石墨烯之间的相界面作用力,预期石墨烯在聚合物基体中有良好的分散,从而能进一步提高石墨烯基复合材料的力学性能,电性能等。

英文摘要: Graphene is new kind of nano carbon materials. The two demensional nanosheet structure endows the graphene with many fascinating properties, which will show great potential application in energy, material,elctron and biological fields. This project firstly focuses on the design of a green method for the production solution exfoliation graphene, which inludes exfoliation the natural graphite in condensed tannin aqueuous solution to form the exfoliated graphene with phenol hydroxy group on its surface which facilitates its application in composite materials. This novel green method can overcome the shortcomings brought by the oxidation-reduction method (destruction of the orignal structure) and solution exfoliation method (tendency for aggregation due to interness of graphene surface). On the preparation of polymer graphene composites, the interface action can be strengthed due to the in situ modifcation for the surface of graphene provided by the reaction between the phenolic hydroxy group and polymer to increase the interaction between the polymer matix and graphene. This high interface action would favor the good dispersion of graphene in the polymer matrix which improves the properties of composites such as strength and electrical properties.This green production method can show great potential application in graphene realted application.
