中文摘要: 很多在农业、生物和医学上重要的性状是随着时间或其他变量变化而变化的。因此,一系列有关动态数量性状基因座位点(QTL)作图的统计模型应运而生,这些QTL作图方法被称之为QTL功能作图。由于林木复杂的生物学特性,已有的QTL功能作图统计模型不能直接应用到林木作图群体中去。本研究针对由两个亲本杂交而产生的林木F1代群体,基于各种分离比的分子标记构建的高密度遗传连锁图谱,建立林木QTL功能作图统计分析模型。模型中将使用Logistic等生长模型以及B样条等数学函数来描述QTL基因型生长发育轨迹。同时,模型还将考虑多种QTL的分离类型,并使用AIC和BIC等模型选择方法识别最大可能的QTL分离模式。其次,开发相应的Windows软件供广大的林木育种学家自由使用。最后,利用已建立的I-69杨×小叶杨杂交F1代群体对杨树的一些生长性状进行QTL功能作图, 以揭示这些性状的基因与发育之间的互作关系。

英文摘要: Many traits important in agriculture,biology and medicine change with time or other independent variables. Thus, a series of statistical models, called functional mapping, have been built for mapping the dynamic change of quantitative trait locus (QTL) effects. However, these models can not be directly applied to a population of forest trees because of their complicated biological characteristics. In this study, first, we will establish statistical models for functional mapping of QTLs in a full-sib family produced by crossing two heterozygous trees, based on the high-density genetic linakge map constructed with various types of molecular markers. Mathematical functions like Logistic growth model and B-splines will be imbeded into these QTL mapping models to decribe the growth curves of QTL genotype effects during the trait development. In addition, the models will incorporate several QTL segregation patterns and use model selection criteria, such as Akaike information criterion (AIC) and Bayesian information criterion (BIC), to discern an optimal QTL segregation type.Second, we will develop Windows softwares for forest breeders according to our statistical models.
