中文摘要: 传统的复杂装备设计质量主要以功能和性能设计为主线,对可靠性、精度、精度寿命、安全性和维护保养性等质量特性的关注不够,导致产品设计质量无法完全满足客户的要求。本项目以复杂装备设计质量为研究对象,以多关联参数的反演建模研究为基础,充分利用产品制造和运行过程的大量数据,深入研究设计质量驱动的反演原理、建模方法和预测技术,提出基于多关联参数反演的设计质量控制理论与方法。主要内容包括:(1)研究面向设计质量的多关联参数反演原理,提出多关联参数辨识、表征和反演分析方法;(2)研究多关联参数的反演传递链,建立多参数与多过程的联合反演模型;(3)研究基于反演模式的多参数关联预测方法,提出面向多过程的设计质量控制模型与算法。本项目将研究成果应用于典型数控机床的设计质量控制进行实证研究,为建立复杂装备设计质量反演控制的新型理论和方法奠定基础。

英文摘要: The traditional complicated equipment design quality mainly focuses on function and performance design, and we may not pay enough attention to quality characteristics (QCs) such as reliability, accuracy, precision life, safety and maintenance of cultivation, so this will lead to product design quality can't satisfy customers' demand completely. This project will study the complicated equipment design quality control problems based on multi-correlation parameters inversion modeling, intend to make full use of a large number of data in product manufacturing and running process, study the design quality driven inversion principle, modeling methods and predictive technologies, and present the theory and method of design quality control from multi-correlation parameters inversion point of view. The following contents are studied: (1) Studying the quality-oriented multi-correlation parameters inversion principle, developmenting multi-correlation parameters identification, representation and inversion analysis methods; (2) Studying inversion transport chain of multi-correlation parameters, building joint inversion model of multiple parameters and multiple procedures; (3) Studying multiple parameters correlation prediction methods based on inversion model, developmenting quality control model and algorithms of multiple
