中文摘要: 针对农机装备可靠性稳健设计的问题,以SPC统计工具为手段,将农机装备设计制造过程中的关键零部件的质量特性参数,反馈到零部件可靠性稳健设计的数学模型中,在此基础上利用智能计算分析该数学模型的有效求解,并进行农机装备关键零部件的优化设计。首先,分析影响农机装备功能的因素,用三维设计软件参入农机装备关键零部件进行设计,对农机装备关键的零部件用SPC统计工具进行质量特性分析。其次,对于关键零部件的质量检测变量数据,利用质量控制图分析生产过程质量特性,分析质量噪声影响因素。甄别零部件质量特性中控制因素和噪声因素,确定影响产品质量的重要影响参数,以这些参数为载体,反馈到建立的可靠性稳健设计的数学模型中。最后,对农机装备零部件可靠性稳健设计的多目标优化数学模型,采取智能计算的方法进行求解。所采用的研究手段为解决农机装备可靠性稳健设计提供新的角度和方法。

英文摘要: For the reliability robust design of the agricultural machinery and equipment, this subject takes the SPC statistical tools as a means, feedback the quality characteristic parameter of the agricultural machinery and equipment to the reliability robust design mathematical model, research effective solution by intelligent computing on the base of the mathematical model, direct the optimal design of the key components of the agricultural machinery and equipment. Firstly, analyze the factors affecting the function of agricultural machinery and equipment, design the key components of agricultural machinery and equipment with three-dimensional design software, and analyze the quality characteristics of the mass production part of the SPC statistical tools. Secondly, for detecting the quality variable data of the key components, use quality control charts to analyze quality characteristics in the production process, and analyze the noise factor which affects the quality characteristics.
