中文摘要: 本项目围绕特异材料人工电磁微结构中的电磁感应透明现象,对经典电磁感应透明的动力学调控进行研究。项目主要从以下几个方面展开:首先,从电磁感应透明的基本物理出发,研究特异材料经典电磁感应透明的调控机理。我们将研究特异材料关键参量对电磁感应透明的调节,实现对电磁感应透明现象的多种动力学调控。第二,通过理论和微波实验,研究电磁波在动力学调控的EIT特异材料中的输运特性,弄清电磁感应透明动力学调控影响电磁波输运的物理机制。第三,在前期工作的基础上,研究基于电磁感应透明动力学调控的电磁波存储与释放,探索特异材料在信息处理中的可能应用。对特异材料电磁感应透明的动力学调控进行研究,不但能够加深人们对基本物理的理解,而且对特异材料的应用和有关动力学器件的研制具有指导意义。

英文摘要: This program plans to investigate the dynamic control of electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT) in metamaterials. It mainly focuses on the following aspects. First of all, we start from the basic physics of EIT, and investigate the mechanism of dynamic control of EIT. We will study the influence of the key parameters of metamaterial structure on EIT, and realize the dynamic control of EIT in various ways. Second, we will investigate the transport behavior of the electromagnetic pluse in matematerials under the dynamic control of EIT, and figure out the mechanism of action of dynamic controlled EIT on the wave propagation. Finally, basing on our preliminary work, we can investigate the electromagnetic wave storage and release in dynamic controlled EIT metamaterials, and explore the possible application in information processing. Researches of the dynamic control of EIT in metamaterials not only deepen people's understanding of basic physics, but also are instructive for the application of metamaterials and the development of the related dynamic device.
