中文摘要: 天基雷达系统(SBR)长期面临地面、空中强杂波背景下的动目标检测难题,通常采用一颗卫星作为雷达平台的单基地SBR无法实现全球范围内的覆盖,制约了其战略作用。针对以上问题,课题探索性地提出了天基多基地MIMO雷达概念,其借鉴了现代雷达领域中的分布式小卫星天线阵列、多基地雷达组网和MIMO雷达等先进思想。采用处于不同轨道的多颗卫星组成星座,形成分布式、多基地、多输入多输出的雷达系统,借助MIMO雷达在对抗目标闪烁和回波起伏方面的优势,以期解决SBR地面动目标检测(GMTD)和空中动目标检测(GMTD)的理论难题。课题以天基新体制雷达的三项关键技术为导引,以具体技术路线为蓝本逐层深入开展,即以雷达系统理论和总体参数研究为基础,重点研究其动目标检测方法和MIMO工作模式下的波形设计。研究方法由易到难,先低轨道再中轨道,先单星再星座,先地面再空中的顺序展开,将为SBR系统研制奠定坚实的理论基础。

英文摘要: Space based radar (SBR) is facing the difficulties of moving target detection from the high clutter background. Traditionally, Using one satellite as the radar platform, the global coverage can not be obtained, and many functions can not be realized. So a new SBR concept based on multi-static and multi-input and multi-output (MIMO) is proposed in the project, which inherits the distributed satellite antenna array, the network of multi-static radar and MIMO idea. Adopting constellation as MIMO radar system, the difficulties of ground moving target detection (GMTD) and air moving target detection (AMTD) could be solved. As we all known, an obvious advantage of MIMO is that the target flash and echo vibration of SBR can be restrained largely. Based on three key problems, this project will be carried out. Firstly, the new system theory and system parameters will be considered; secondly, several MTD methods will be research; thirdly, the waveform of MIMO SBR will be designed. Finally, the results will be used for supporting the next SBR research work.
