中文摘要: 根据空时信号处理理论、统计相关处理理论,结合多基地MIMO实验雷达项目,研究多接收天线波束在同一个杂波区交叉覆盖形成几何交集的数学表达和信号处理算法。由于这个交集远小于一个波束形成的杂波面积,故可提高海杂波单元的信杂比。利用多基地体制具有的空间分集多信道传输特性,研究多通道数十秒观测数据在处理机同时实现时间积分的信号增强效果;研究以空间换时间获得脉冲积累的理论和算法及相位关系问题。结合国际参考电离层模型和中国电离层标准模型,分析电波传播的射线跟踪方程,研究经过电离层时高频雷达信号群延迟的自相关时间特性,给出群延迟时间的经验公式,得到不同层传输多普勒处理的时间长度。利用加拿大和德国地波数据,基于Wash雷达横截面模型,研究海杂波谐波分量的递推提取方法和参数估计。为多基地天波雷达海洋监视和海面目标检测提供基础理论支持和和有效算法。

英文摘要: The mathematical expression of the geometric intersection formation of the muilti-receiver antenna-patterns in a sea clutter area and its signal processing algorithms are researched according to the theory of space-time signal processing, statistical processing theory, combined with the multi-base MIMO experimental radar project. Because this intersection is much smaller than a attenna beam-forming clutter area, the SNR of the sea clutter area can be greatly improved. By use of multi-base system with space diversity, multi-channel transmission characteristics of observational data in several ten seconds maybe provide the center processor with a long time integral of the echo signal,for example,several minutes; the research of the space for time is benefited for pulse accumulation and the better phase relationship. Using the International Reference Ionosphere model and the China Ionospheric Standard Model, ray-tracing equation of wave propagation is studied to give the empirical formula of the ionosphere group-delay-autocorrelation-time of a high-frequency radar and the time length for Doppler processing of the radar signals passing through different ionosphere layers.
