中文摘要: 大部分分布式电源需要逆变来实现与电网对接,其形成的高密度高渗透率接入的情况具备代表性。在不同渗透率条件下,分布式逆变系统应具备有差异的控制策略与之适应,但目前分布式电源并网仍存在单机无法适应配网的时变问题;高密度接入电能质量差、耦合关联复杂、无法定位评估;高渗透率接入惯性惯量及追踪电网性能较弱等问题。项目围绕分布式电源接入配电网的自适应控制难题,研究分布式逆变系统自适应功能设计及效能评估方法;研究高密度分布式逆变系统多元耦合机理及电能质量交互传播机理分析方法;研究考虑不同渗透率水平、研究不同接入密度的分布式逆变系统自适应控制差异化控制策略并进行实证研究。解决高密度分布式电源接入配电网的装备设计、辨识评估、耦合干扰机理、差异化解决方案等关键问题。

英文摘要: Most distributed generation needs an inverter to achieve the docking with the network. It is representative of the formation high density and high permeability conditions of access. Under the conditions of different permeability, to adapt that distributed inverter system should have had differences with the control strategy. But there are still exist the problem when distributed generation grid-connected that single machine cannot adapt to the time-dependent problems of distribution network. And high-density access has poor power quality, coupled association complex, unable to locate the assessment, high permeability access inertia and track grid performance is weak and other issues. Around adaptive control challenges for the distributed source accessing to the distribution network, the projects study on distributed inverter system adaptive function design and performance evaluation method; study on high-density distributed inverter system Multivariate coupling mechanism and power quality interaction dissemination mechanism analysis; study on different penetration levels and different access density distributed inverter system adaptive control differentiation control strategy and empirical research; Solve the equipment design, identification of assessment, coupled interference mechanism and differentiated solution programs of key issues for the high-density distributed source accessing to distribution network.
