中文摘要: 构建一套基于旅游者感知视角的旅游形象量化投射模型对于网络时代旅游目的地形象精准营销至关重要。本项目将旅游形象传播中的图片作为研究对象,引入了旅游形象图片情感计算的理念,综合运用网络营销、传播学、信息学等多个科学领域的研究方法,对目的地形象的图片传播规律和读图者情感反馈机制进行理论研究。具体研究内容包括:利用数据挖掘的方法建立基于图片评论的读图者情感语料库,分析对比读图者和发图者之间的情感差异;利用机器学习算法剖析发图者意图对读图者情感的激发机制,构建发图者与读图者之间的情感关系模型;根据图片对读图者情感激发的概率模型,构建基于旅游者感知视角的图片内容优选推荐框架。本研究可为采用量化手段进行目的地旅游形象精准投射提供相关科学依据,并为在新媒体语境下进行国家旅游形象跨文化传播提供理论保障和技术支撑。

英文摘要: The construction of a destination quantitative projective model based on the travellers' perspective is crucial for the destination's precision marketing. This project focuses on the photos in the destination image communication procedure, introducing the concept of affective computing. Meanwhile, it integrates multiple theories range from internet marketing, communication to information science, to analyse the image communication principle and photo viewer's reflection mechanism. The research involvs several aspects: first, utilizing data mining method to build an affection vocabulary based on viewers, analyzing the affective gap between viewers and publishers; second, adopting machine learning approach to build a relation model between viewer and publisher; third, based on the above relation model, a photo recommender system is proposed to select the most popular photos from the viewer's perspective. Our research provides scientific envidence for utilizing the quantitative approach to make a precision image projection for destination marketing purpose. Also, it builds a solid theoritical basis and provides technical support for the cross-culture communicatin of national image in the new media context.
