中文摘要: 随着我国航空运输量的快速增长,现有的机场场面监视技术已不能完全满足民航发展需要。为此,本项目针对现有场面监视系统的不足,通过在场面移动车辆上安装由光学摄像机与毫米波雷达构成的视觉系统,结合相关学科最新理论研究成果,构建基于车载视觉的场面监视系统基本框架。首先研究旨在提高视觉图像的对环境变化鲁棒性的基于压缩感知理论的毫米波与光学图像融合算法;重点研究旨在确保车辆场面活动安全性的基于鲁棒主分量分析的相对运动目标检测算法;最后解决旨在提高场面监视系统定位信息余度的基于压缩感知的车载背景图像匹配定位问题。本项目的研究在理论将进一步促进压缩感知理论和鲁棒主分量分析方法的发展,在应用上将进一步提高机场场面监视可靠性。

英文摘要: With fast increase of China's air transport capacity, existing technology of airport surface surveillance can't satisfy the requirements of civil aviation development. Therefore, against to the drawback of existing surveillance systems, this project uses the latest research results of relative theory to build the basic framework of surface surveillance system based on vehicle mounted vision, which includes a millimeter wave radar and an optical camera. This project can be divided into three parts. The first task is the research of image fusion algorithm based on compressive sensing. The purpose of this algorithm is to improve the robustness of image when the environment and light condition change. The important task is the research of relative moving objects detection based on robust principle component analysis. The purpose of this algorithm is to make sure the safety of vehicle moving on the surface. The last task is the research of background image matching and position algorithm based on compressive sensing. The purpose of this algorithm is to increase the position information redundancy of existing surface surveillance system.
