中文摘要: 本项目针对不确定环境下供应链决策问题的新特点,拟通过大量案例调研,以构建供应链竞争模型为核心,设计和引入多种形式的承诺契约,确定供应链的协调机制。本项目将综合应用供应链管理理论、博弈论与信息经济学、规划理论、数理统计、数理经济学等理论和方法,分别讨论以能力投资与库存决策、新产品研发投入决策、公司新产品试销和定价策略等决策内容为核心的承诺契约设计。研究工作也将涉及到集团内部公司之间的承诺契约设计、企业间战略合作关系型要素的实证分析等。项目将考虑供应链成员的风险态度、库存管理模式等不同的决策环境,深入讨论单期交易模式、多期交易模式下的承诺契约设计问题,并引入大量数值算例进行模拟和仿真。通过本项目研究,可望进一步完善不确定环境下供应链优化的理论与方法体系,并为改进供应链的运作效率、增强供应链服务能力提供理论和方法上的指导。其研究成果对于优化社会资源配置、提高物流服务水平具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Focusing on new characteristics of supply chain decisions under uncertainty, the project wants to coordinate the supply chain by introducing different commitment contracts. The core task of the project is to construct competition models of the supply chain. The main thoeries and methodologies of the project comprise supply chain management, game theory and information economics, programming theory, mathematical statistics, mathematical economics, etc. The project will design commitment contracts to optimize the prolems such as capability investment and inventory decisions, R&D investment decisions, new product trial marketing and pricing and so on. The project also discusses the design of commitment contracts between the companies in the same group. The relational factors related to strategic collaborative relations are also analyzed based on investigations. In this project, we will consider risk attitudes of the supply chain members and inventory management modes. After analyzing single-period decision models, we also want to solve the decision models with multiple-period in this project. All our findings will be illustrated by numerical examples.
