中文摘要: 摩擦纳米发电机是最近国际上兴起的一类新型纳米发电机,可将机械能装换为电能,具有重要的应用价值。本课题拟针对SiO2颗粒之间的接触带电现象,从实验和理论上研究纳米SiO2颗粒间的接触带电,建立纳米SiO2颗粒相互接触的接触带电理论。同时结合复合层合板的力学形变,定性、定量预测摩擦纳米发电机的输出电压/输出电流,为摩擦纳米发电机的优化设计奠定基础,并基于无机材料纳米SiO2颗粒间的接触带电效应制作性能优越的摩擦纳米发电机。

英文摘要: Triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) using nanotechnology have received increasing interest recently because they are cost-effective and robust based on universally known contact electrification effect. Such TENGs can convert mechanical energy into electric power for driving small electronics, therefore have great value in application. The purpose of this project is to study the contact electrification between SiO2 nanoparticles, and also to qualitatively and quantitatively predict the electric output of TENGs according to analyzing the mechanical deformation of composite plates, which could provides optimized design for TENGs with high electric output based on the contact electrification between inorganic SiO2 nanoparticles.
