中文摘要: 微孔发泡聚合物的泡孔形貌可控性差是实现产业化生产和拓展应用领域的瓶颈与难点问题。针对此问题,本项目拟系统研究纳米粒子对微孔发泡聚合物泡孔形貌的定量化调控机制。首先,研究纳米粒子与微孔发泡过程的作用机理,探讨纳米粒子对聚合物分子链硬化反应的作用机制,揭示聚合物流变特性在纳米粒子作用下的变化规律;其次,研究纳米粒子对聚合物泡孔形貌调控机理,建立纳米粒子和聚合物泡孔形貌的定量关系,探讨泡孔形貌在基体本身和工艺参数耦合条件下的作用机制;最后,研究微孔发泡聚合物在纳米粒子作用下成型工艺的精确控制,实现材料的性能预测。本项目创新性地提出了纳米粒子定量化调控方法,有望实现纳米粒子对微孔发泡聚合物泡孔形貌的定量化控制。本项目成果将会推动泡孔形貌在纳米粒子作用下的可控性理论进一步完善,为微孔发泡聚合物产业化研究提供基础理论方法。

英文摘要: The cell morphology controllability of microporous foamed polymer is the bottleneck and major problem to achieve its industrial production and expand the application areas. This project proposes a theoretical method that adding nanoparticles to the microcellular foamed polymer molding process to control the cell morphology of microcellular foamed polymer. Firstly, the nanoparticles quantitative processing method is used to study the mechanism of action between the nanoparticles and the microcellular foaming process, and it provides theoretical support for the realization of the cell morphology controllability. Secondly, the regulative mechanism of the nanoparticles on the microporous structure morphology of the polymer is studied to establish the quantitative relationship between them, and the mechanism of action of the cell morphology is covered under the matix and process parameter coupling condition. Finally, the precise control of the microcellular foamed polymer molding process is surveyed under the action of nanoparticles to predict the material performance. This project is expected to realize the quantitative control of cell morphology of microcellular foamed polymer and provide the basic theoretical methods for the industrialization of microcellular foamed polymer.
