中文摘要: 面对我国企业技术创新活动高投入,而组织绩效低产出的现状,回答如何通过强化组织创新与技术创新匹配来改善企业绩效的管理实践问题,并从理论上填补组织创新与技术创新匹配对企业绩效复杂作用机理的研究空白。本项目拟运用复杂系统科学的方法,研究企业组织创新与技术创新匹配的涌现过程,提出创新匹配效应;通过理论研究提出能够反映不同类型创新对企业产出作用效果的非财务增量绩效;将辩证的观点与历史性观点相结合,构建组织创新、技术创新及二者匹配效应对企业非财务增量绩效作用机理的理论模型。应用遗传算法与多元统计分析分别测度企业创新匹配效应、增量绩效,并在作用机理模型实证研究结果的基础上,动态地探究组织创新、技术创新及二者匹配效应对企业非财务增量绩效的复杂作用与内在规律。最后结合企业管理实践,提出面向增量绩效提升的企业中短期管理策略,和面向创新匹配效应优化的企业中长期发展策略。

英文摘要: Facing the current high-input technical innovation and low-output organizational performence situation of China's business, to answer how to improve enterprise performance by strengthening matching between organizational innovation and technical innovation, and to fill in theoretic research gap of complex effect mechanism of matching between organizational innovation and technical innovation on business performance.The project intends to use complex system science to study the emergence process of matching between organizational innovation and technical innovation, and then innovation matching effect is put forward; and then non-financial incremental performance, which is capable to reflect the effect of the different types' innovation on business output, is raised through theoretical study; dialectical point of view and historical point of view is combined to establish the theoretical model of effect mechanism of organizational innovation, technical innovation and their matching effect on business incremental non-financial performance.
