中文摘要: 本项目以干果类最具代表性的银杏树为研究对象,以提高果实采收效率和采净率为目标,开展果树振动系统激振参数动态传递规律及果实分离脱落理论研究。主要研究内容包括:利用分型技术,研究具有各种生长态势及各级树枝分叉类型的银杏树的结构特征,建立果树特征参数数据库;以激振装置与果树构成一惯性振动系统,研究果树主干或主枝的模态振型,确定结点位置及最大振型位置,以确定最佳激振位置;根据实验研究激振参数在各级侧枝及果枝上的动态响应,建立果树振动参数动态传递规律;针对单粒银杏对应激振响应后获得的振动能量引起的动力学关系,建立果实动力学数学模型,确定银杏对应振动响应获得最大惯性力的最关键因素。

英文摘要: The project is concerned above sundry fruit type of trees,such as jujube trees and ginkgo trees.Its object is to improve havesting efficiency and removal rate of fruit. It will be developed to research dinamic transmitted rules of vibration parameters of the vibration system of fruit tree and the conditions of fruit separation. The main research contents include that the data base of characteristics parameter of two types of fruit trees will be established, based on the research structure characteristics of jujube trees and ginkgo trees with various tree growth form and fifurcation type,by application of tying technology. The three-dimensional dinamic model of the vibration system of the fruit tree will be set up with exciting device and fruit tree to be constituted as a inertial vibration system,based on theory of non linear vibration. Based on study on the vibration mode of the tree trunk or main branch and getting the node and the maximum amplitude location of the vibration mode,the optimal exciting position can be obtained.Dinamic transmitted rules of vibration parameters of the trees will be dertermined, based on experimental research for dinamic response of the vibration paramters tranmitting to different level of branched and fruit branches.The fruit dynamic mathematics model will be set up and the condit
