中文摘要: 数据挖掘已成为知识获取的重要手段。通过数据挖掘获取的知识具有大量性、新颖性、粗糙性、时效性等特点,传统的知识管理缺乏行之有效的理论和方法对之进行有效管理。本项目把数据挖掘获取的知识作为一类新型的特殊的知识明确地引入到知识管理中,提出智能知识及其管理模式的概念,丰富了知识的内涵,充实了知识管理研究的内容,扩大了知识管理学科的研究范围。进而构建了对数据挖掘获取的知识的智能化管理建立了基本的理论框架,并创造性地设计了由智能化的管理平台转型为智能化的知识进行自主管理的新模式,克服一旦知识的数量急剧增长超出管理极限或者平台设定的规则没有及时更新,则平台的智能性容易崩溃的弱点。最后,综合可拓学和复杂性理论等学科的研究成果,提出基于生命周期方法的知识转化过程方法论及关键技术路线,为知识的智能化管理提出了二条系统性强的新路径,初步研究了知识的识别、聚集、自适应等智能机理,对促进知识管理与数据挖掘的实践应用和学科融合具有理论和实践意义。本项目出版专著1部,发表论文30余篇,部分研究成果已在宁波市工业领域重大科技攻关项目、服务业示范项目及管理咨询公司中应用。

英文摘要: Data Mining has become an important mean of acquiring knowledge. Since the knowledge discovered by data mining is huge, novel, rough and timeliness, it beyond the capability of traditional knowledge management theory and methods. Thus, we treat the knowledge discovered by data mining as a special kind of knowledge, and propose a new concept called intelligent knowledge and its management model to the knowledge management field that enrich the concept of knowledge and the scope of the knowledge management research area. Then we establish a framework of intelligent knowledge management theory, and design a new model of intelligent management platform creatively to transform intelligent platform to the knowledge of intelligent self-management, which overcome the weaknesses once the knowledge in sharp growth or set of rules not be updated in time that exceeded the limit of platform will lead to collapse. Finally, based on Extenics and complexity theory, we propose a knowledge transformation methodology and key technologies by using the life-cycle approach. Two new systematic paths for the intelligent management of knowledge have been presented in which we preliminary study the mechanism of identifying, gathering and auto-adaptive ability. It will enhance the practice of data mining and knowledge management, and has theoretical significance to promote the interdisciplinary researches between data mining and knowledge management. One monograph and over 30 papers have been published during the project, some research results have been applied in the industrial areas of major scientific and technological projects, services demonstration projects and management consulting firm in Ningbo city.
