中文摘要: 申报项目为解决知识网络因知识数量庞大、知识类型多样、知识主体复杂等特点而带来的决策信息提取困难问题,首先通过借鉴吸收知识管理、行为科学、管理决策、信息融合中的理论观点,从决策分析视角阐述与知识网络、知识主体有关的基本原理,在此基础上构建关键知识主体的识别方法,然后引入主体分离、决策交互、满意协调三种机制揭示知识网络中多元决策信息的智能提取机理,并结合前景理论、证据理论、分层决策等技术方法构建能够从众多差异性甚至冲突性信息中提取有效决策信息的智能模型,即客观决策信息智能提取模型、主观决策信息智能提取模型、综合决策信息智能提取模型,最后通过模拟仿真与案例应用研究验证提出模型的科学有效性与应用可行性。由于申报项目实质上是知识管理与管理决策的交叉融合,因此不仅能够填补知识网络决策理论空白、丰富知识网络方法模型研究成果,而且也能够为保证组织决策的效率与效果、提高组织核心竞争能力提供一种新的解决思路。

英文摘要: It is difficult to extract decision information from knowledge networks for the reason that the amount of knowledge is huge, the types of knowledge are varied, and the subjects are complicated. In order to solve above problems, theoretical viewpoints in knowledge management, behavior science, management decision, and information fusion, are used and absorbed to discuss the basic theories of knowledge networks and knowledge subjects in the view of decision analysis. The recognition method is also constructed to analyze key knowledge subjects in knowledge networks. After that, three approaches such as subject separation, decision interaction, and satisfaction coordination, are applied to reveal intelligent mechanisms which be used to extract multiple decision information in knowledge networks. In terms of technical methods such as prospect theory, evidence theory, and hierarchical decision, intelligent models are established to extract efficient decision information from lots of different (even conflicted) information, i.e., intelligent model for extracting objective decision information, intelligent model for extracting subjective decision information, and intelligent model for extracting synthetic decision information.
