中文摘要: 聚合物多相合金体系及其纳米复合材料的快速发展对混炼加工工艺和装备提出了全新的要求。本课题前期在基于构建可分别调控输入能量、停留时间及具有可控拉伸力场环境的思路指导下,研制开发了新型三螺杆实验挤出机;提出了剪切-拉伸交变流场所形成的分布-分散交替混合模型。通过研究交变流场的控制模式,将工艺和设备结构参数与对聚合物体系的流体作用力关联起来,探索利用外场实现分散相尺度精确控制的新机制。结合设备和工艺参数,建立一套以单转产量、能量效率、停留时间和建压能力为核心的混炼装备性能评价体系,将为优化现有混炼设备性能,进一步开发高性能混炼装备提供理论依据。以高黏度比两相聚合物合金和纳米复合体系为主要研究对象,结合可视化模拟实验和流体有限元分析,比较不同类型混炼挤出机的综合性能,并对新型三螺杆挤出机混炼性能进行全面评价,从而推动这种混炼装备在聚合物新材料体系的加工中发挥积极的作用。

英文摘要: There is a totally new requirement for the compounding process and equipments with the rapid development of polymer multi-phase alloy and its nano-composites. We developed a novel lab triple screw extruder based on the concept of incorporation of energy input, residence time and controllable extensional flow field. An alternate distributive-dispersive blending model formed by unique shearing-extension alternating flow field was proposed. New mechanism of utilization of flow filed to precise control the size of dispersion phase will be investigated by build up the relationship between the hydrodynamic force acting on polymer melt and the parameters from equipments and process. The above relationship was constructed by the research of control model for the shearing-extension alternating flow field. An evaluation system for compounding equipments will also be build up, which take output per revolution, energy efficiency, residence time and pressure building up ability as the core. The system can provide the theory support both for enhancing the performances of existing equipments and for developing novel high performance compounding equipments.
