英文摘要: In this application, the analytical tools of TEM, SEM, EBSD, EDS and X-ray diffraction are used. The precipitation behavior of carbide in high-speed steel during the tempering process under the high magnetic field are studied comprehensivly and systematically, combining the experimental research and theoretical analysis; determining the crystallographic orientation relationship of carbide nucleation and the parent martensitic matrix; analysising the formation and growth process of carbide and the interface migration of carbide and parent martensitic matrix; clarifing the mechanism of nucleation and growth of carbide under the high magnetic field; revealing the role of high magnetic field on type, quantity, distribution, morphology, size of carbide; elaborating the role mechanism of high magnetic field on the carbide precipitation; investigating the the diffusion mechanism of high magnetic field on the carbide forming elements in high-speed steel; building the precipitation model of carbide in high-speed steel under the high magnetic field during the tempering process. The completion of this application can not only enrich the theory of high magnetic field materials science,but also lay the foundation for the application of the high magnetic field heat treatment.
