中文摘要: 全面促进由技术进步和效率改进驱动的全要素生产率增长是突破农业资源环境约束的必然选择。本项目综合运用不同核算方法、变量和实证对中国农业全要素生产率进行系统比较研究,以提供稳健性估计和消除不确定性;在此基础上运用动态分布演进和夏普理值不平等分解等方法考察其增长动态分布演进机制和地区差异特征;在扩展份额转移方法基础上,运用TFP增长分解框架捕捉农业生产结构调整的生产率效应,验证农业结构调整"结构红利/负担假说";运用动态分布演进方法考察主要农产品贸易模式动态分布演进和比较优势动态变化,实证检验农业结构调整与动态比较优势方向的一致性,对"入世"农业影响进行事后评估,考察比较优势发挥程度对农业TFP增长及地区差异的影响。本项目尝试将农业结构调整、比较优势和TFP增长纳入全要素生产率分析一致性框架进行整合研究,最终为加快现代农业建设、促进农业区域协调发展和增强农业国际竞争力提供科学依据与决策参考。

英文摘要: To promote the Total Factor Productivity growth including technological progress and efficiency improvement is the best way to break through the constraints of agricultural resources and environment. Firstly, in order to provide the robust estimation and eliminate the uncertainty, the project tries to make a systematic and comparative analysis of China's agricultural TFP growth by comprehensively using different accounting methods, variables and empirical approaches. Then the project tries to study the dynamic evolution and regional disparities of China's agricultural TFP growth by growth dynamic approaches and Shapley Value decomposition etc. Thirdly, with the extended Shift-Share method, the project tries to evaluate the productivity effect of agricultural structural adjustment and test the agricultural "Structural Bonus/Burden Hypothesis" using the decomposition framework of TFP growth. Lastly, the project tries to study the dynamics of trade patterns and dynamic comparative advantages of main agricultural products by growth dynamic approaches, in order to test the consistency of the direction between agricultural structural adjustment and the dynamic comparative advantage, make post-evaluation of the effect of China's entry into WTO on agriculture, and estimate the effect of comparative advantage changes on
