中文摘要: 创新是长期经济增长的根本动力,全要素生产率是判断经济增长方式的核心变量。由于全要素生产率是各种因素综合作用的黑箱,在现有分析框架内难以确切衡量创新对全要素生产率的贡献,导致无法揭示和评估创新驱动在经济增长方式转变过程中的作用。本项目从新老产品交替视角,建立一个统一的创新效率变化与全要素生产率增长的理论分析框架,对全要素生产率的内部结构进行分解,从而能够依据新老产品对全要素生产率增长贡献的此长彼消来判断创新驱动对工业增长方式转变的作用。本项目在探讨和研究创新与生产、创新效率与生产效率、产品创新与工艺创新之间的理论关系基础上,考察和分析中国工业新产品全要素生产率增长、全要素生产率增长内部结构以及创新驱动与工业增长方式转变之间的关系,对于丰富创新效率和全要素生产率理论研究、深入研究创新驱动与转变工业增长方式之间的关系、以及客观评价创新驱动发展战略的实施效果具有重大的理论和实践指导意义。

英文摘要: Innovation is the fundamental factor of long-term economic growth, total factor productivity (TFP) is the key variable of evaluating economic growth mode. As TFP is the black box of synthetic various factors, it's difficult to calculate the contribution of the innovation on TFP in existing analysis framework, and can't reveal and assess the role of innovation on the transformation of economic growth mode. On the view point of the new and old product alternative, a unified theoretical analysis framework between innovation efficiency and TFP is established, the internal structure of the TFP growth is decomposed.It can judge the role of innovation on the transformation of industrial growth mode by evaluating the contribution of new and old products on the TFP growth. This project explore and research that the theoretical relationships between innovation and production, innovation efficiency and production efficiency, product innovation and process innovation, then examine and analyze the new product TFP growth of Chinese manufacturing and the internal structure of its TFP growth, evaluating the role of innovation on the transformation of economic growth mode. This project has important theoretical and practical significance for enriching the theory of innovation efficiency and TFP, understanding the theoretical relationships between innovation driving and economic growth mode, and evaluating the implement effect of innovation driving strategy.
