中文摘要： 本项目从时变的融资约束的角度来研究资本结构的动态调整。过往的研究，将宏观经济环境、政府政策和企业融资约束引入资本结构调整并不多见。本项目从资本供应面的角度分析资本结构动态调整过程；综合考量影响资本结构调整成本和融资规模的各种变量，建立融资约束下的资本结构动态调整模型。本项目首先从理论上分析宏观经济环境影响资本结构动态调整的原因, 对资本结构动态调整的机理进行研究。其次，通过动态规划的方法求解在政府货币政策及利率等因素波动下，不同融资约束企业资本结构的动态均衡解；再次，尝试采用主成分分析法构建一个融资约束指数来刻画企业融资约束的状况，并研究融资约束的差异对于企业融资选择的影响；最后，本研究创新性地应用非线性阈值协整的方法，研究经济周期波动下企业的资本结构的非对称调整。总之，本研究不仅对我国企业在融资约束变动情况下选择最优的资本结构可资借鉴，对于央行货币政策的制定和实施也具有重要的现实意义。

英文摘要： This project develops a model of dynamic capital structure from the perspective of time-varying financial constraints. Seldom previous researchers consider the influence of maceconomic enviornment,government policies and firm's financial constraints to capital structure adjustment.The project from the perspective of the capital supply side analysis of the dynamic capital stucture adjustment process, consider the impact of recapitalization costs and financing scale, and estabilsh a dynamic adjustment model with financial constraints. Fristly,the project analysis the reasons for the influence capital sturture by macroecnomic shocks. Secondly, we discuss how monetary policy, recapitalization policy interest rate and stock market retrun have effects on company's capital structure dynamic adjustment with different financial constraints. Thirdly, the project sets up a financial constraints index by using pincipal components analysis method to describe firms financial capacity,and to study the differences in financial constraints for the choice of coporate finance.Finally, we apply threshold cointegration method to evaluate capital structure's asymmetric adjusting process on the flucation of business cycle.
