中文摘要: 深部凿井冻结设计中,冻结壁的非均质性逐渐受到重视,然而目前对非均质性的诱因-冻结壁形成过程中的水热力耦合作用分析较少,也无数学模型,对深部土及冻土的热物理性质也基本没有研究。课题围绕这一系列没有研究但又很有工程及科学意义的问题展开。通过试验测试,分析K0固结过程对土体(冻土)冻结特性、导热性能的影响,并修正相关计算公式;建立深部土及冻土渗透性试验平台,通过试验获得深部土及冻土渗透规律基本方程及参数。以传热基本方程、深部土及冻土渗透规律、力学模型为基本元素,建立冻结壁形成过程水热力耦合模型,并开发数值仿真平台;进行多圈冻结物理模拟试验,以试验数据对数学模型进行验证与修正。以冻结壁非均匀物理场为基础,以适用于深部冻土卸载过程的力学模型为元素,建立冻结壁非均质力学模型并嵌入Abaqus等有限元软件,进行冻结壁开挖卸载过程数值模拟,分析非均匀物理场对冻结壁整体性能的影响,以优化冻结壁设计。

英文摘要: For the design of artificial ground freezing technique in shaft engineering, the nonuniformity of the frozen wall attracts more attention since the position of the mining exploration gets deeper. However,for the mechanism of the nonuniformity - the coupled heat-fluid-mechanic process during the forming stage of the frozen wall,there is very little analysis,and there is no mathematical model; for the thermal properties of deep soils and deep frozen soils,there is nearly no research.This project will investigate these under-studied but significant issues. Experimental tests will be conducted to study the effect of k0 consolidation on the soil freezing characteristic, and the thermal conductivities of soils and frozen soils. Experiential formulas for these parameters will be amended so that they can be used for deep soils and deep frozen soils. An experimental apparatus for the hydraulic properties of deep soils and deep frozen soils will be constructed. The permeability of deep soils and deep frozen soils will be tested;fundamental equations and parameters to describe the hydraulic properties of these soils will be obtained.
