中文摘要: 双壁碳纳米管(DWNTs)是一种新型碳材料,其独特的结构赋予了它不同于单壁和多壁碳纳米管的优异的电学、力学、光学、热学等性质,因此在微电子器件和纳米复合材料等领域具有巨大的开发潜力。而目前严重制约DWNTs应用发展的两个因素是:1)制备技术尚不能精确控制DWNTs的直径,合成的DWNTs直径分布较宽。2)DWNTs 难以分散在溶剂中。而DWNTs直径直接影响到DWNTs的电学、力学、光学等性质。目前尚无解决这两个问题的研究报道。我们前期研究发现溶菌酶分散不仅可提高DWNTs分散性,还可实现DWNTs的直径选择性分离。本课题以此为基础,拟用不同结构的蛋白质分散DWNTs,实现DWNTs的直径选择性分离,富集不同直径分布的DWNTs,并揭示蛋白质的结构对蛋白质分散和分离DWNTs的影响,为DWNTs分离建立一种高效、简单易行、低成本的方法,大力推动DWNTs性质研究和应用发展。

英文摘要: Doubl-walled carbon nanotubes(DWNTs) are a new carbon material.Owing to their particular structure, they exhibit extraordinary electronic, mechanical,thermal and optical properties,that is different from single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs).Thus, they are of great potential applications in electronic devices, nanocomposites and other related fields. In addition, the particular properties of DWNTs are closely related to their atomic structure and size. The diameter of DWNTs directly affects their mechanical, electronic and thermal properties. Yet, it's very difficult to control the diameter of DWNTs in synthetical process. DWNTs produced by existing technologies have broad diameter range (2-6 nm), hitherto. This severely impedes the study of fundamental properties and exploration of their applications.At present, there is no study directed at this pivotal problem.In our previous study, we have used lysozyme to disperse DWNTs to improve the aqueous solubility of DWNTs.What's more, the dispersion can enrich DWNTs with different diameter. enriched.Therefore, based on the study, we will utilize proteins of different structures to non-covalent functionalize and disperse DWNTs.A large scale of DWNTs with narrow diameter will be obtained.And we will further study the influ
