中文摘要: 本项目的研究将主要针对我国驾驶人数量迅速增加,大量驾驶人驾驶技能、驾驶经验参差不齐的问题,通过对驾驶人责任交通事故资料的采集和分析,明确驾驶人责任交通事故的主要特征和主要影响因素;通过真实道路交通环境下驾驶人驾驶行为主要参数的采集,揭示我国驾驶人在道路上行驶时的驾驶心理、生理和行为特性的变化规律,全面、系统、深入地掌握我国典型驾驶人的驾驶特性;建立用于交通安全分析的驾驶行为微观交通流模型,从微观层面上阐明我国典型驾驶人交通事故发生机理,并建立驾驶人驾驶行为的风险概率预测模型,对特定道路和交通流环境下驾驶人的驾驶行为事故风险性进行定量化评估,提出我国大量新手驾驶人进入道路交通系统后对道路交通安全的影响。本项目研究内容是解决交通安全问题这个交通科技领域重点问题的基础研究内容之一,研究成果是指导道路交通的设计、管理与交通安全控制的重要依据。

英文摘要: This project will focus on China's rapid increase in the number of drivers and driving experience uneven problem. Through the collection and analysis of the drivers responsibility of traffic accident data, clear the main characteristics of the drivers responsibility of traffic accident and main influencing factors;the main parameters through real road traffic environment driver driving behavior acquisition, changes in China revealed drivers in the road when driving psychological, physiological and behavioral characteristics,, in-depth grasp driving characteristics typical of China driver's driving behavior comprehensive; established for microscopic traffic flow model of traffic safety analysis, from the micro level to clarify the mechanism of typical the driver of traffic accidents, prediction model of risk probability and the establishment of driving behavior, driver, quantitative evaluation of driving behavior risk of accidents on road and traffic environment specific driver. The research contents of this project is one of the basic research contents of solving the traffic problem in the traffic field of science and technology key problems, research is an important basis for the design, traffic management and traffic safety control.
