中文摘要: 以空气为传播媒介的生物污染问题已越来越多的引起人们的关注,特别是空调系统微生物所导致的空气污染是当前重要的公共环境安全问题。本项目针对传统数值解析方法研究颗粒物扩散无法将生物粒子与非生物粒子区分的问题,着眼于中央空调系统真菌类微生物生长繁殖条件,通过实测和实验考察影响真菌增殖及真菌孢子释放的主效应因素,建立真菌生长繁殖数学模型,与CFD相结合对中央空调系统真菌颗粒物繁殖扩散全过程进行解析。项目以建筑环境学、微生物学、计算流体力学为理论基础,为研究中央空调系统热环境下真菌类微生物生长繁殖特性,准确的预测生物颗粒物繁殖扩散规律,解决建筑环境生物污染问题提供理论依据。

英文摘要: The matter of microorganism pollution transmits in the air that brings more and more people's concern. Microorganism is produced in air-conditioning system causes indoor air pollution that is a vital important public environment and safety issue. This project is about the matters that particles' diffusion can not distinguish between microorganism particles and non-microorganism particles with traditional numerical simulation methods and focuses on conditions of fungal growth and reproduction in central air conditioning system. From measurement an experiment, we find out the main effects that affect the fungal growth and fungal spore release so that establishes the mathematical model for growth and reproduction of fungi and fungal spore dynamic release mathematical model. The mathematical model and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) coupled to analyze the entire process of microbial growth, reproduction and diffusion. The project bases on the theory of built environment, microbiology and computational fluid mechanics. This project researches feature of fungal growth and reproduction in air conditioning system, accurately predicts process of fungal particles reproduction and diffusion, and solves biological contamination of the built environment as theoretical basis.
