中文摘要: 针对现有单一型线涡旋机械固有特性的限制以及目前的智能算法难以适应多参数、复杂约束、非线性、强耦合和多目标数学模型的优化问题,本项目通过混合协同智能算法实现变截面涡旋膨胀机的集成优化;研究基于全齿啮合机理的通用变截面涡旋型线的几何特性和动力特性,建立通用坐标框架下变截面涡旋型线的统一参数描述体系,揭示型线的形状变化规律以及特征参数对综合特性的影响机理;从系统工程角度出发,定量化综合分析有机工质物性、运行参数、几何特性、热力特性、动力特性、摩擦特性对整机系统性能的影响规律,构建气、热、动力耦合协同作用的优化模型和综合性能评价体系;研究处理复杂机械系统多学科领域协同仿真与优化集成的有效机制,构建以智能优化算法为核心,以相宜的融合规则和协同优化思想为方法的高效混合协同智能优化算法框架,克服现有复杂机械系统智能优化计算效率低、易陷入局部最优解等问题,实现涡旋机械从经验设计到智能集成优化设计的过渡。

英文摘要: For inherent characteristics restriction of single profile scroll machine and optimization hard problem of multiparameter, complex constraints, nonlinearity, strong coupling and multi-objective mathematical model, the hybrid collaborative intelligent algorithm is presented to realize integrated optimization of variable thickness scroll expander. Geometrical characteristics and dynamic characteristics are studied based on whole profile meshing mechanism. Uniform parameters descriptive system of variable thickness scroll profile is established under general reference frame. Change rule of profile and the influence mechanism of characteristic parameters for comprehensive properties are gotten. The influences of the organic working fluids physical properties, operating parameters, geometrical properties, thermodynamic properties, dynamic properties, friction properties on variable thickness scroll expander are quantitatively and comprehensively studied from the point of system engineering. The optimal model coupled fluid, thermodynamics, dynamics and performance evaluation system is created. The effective mechanism of dealing with collaborative simulation and integrated optimization for complex mechanical system in multidisciplinary field is studied.
